By fitting this Glanz Micro T-M to the lens of ordinary SLR you can convert it into a true Telephoto lens. A standard 55mm camera lens so adapted becomes a 385mm Telephoto Lens.

That one looks as it is only a metal tube, with no glass inside. What is it used for, besides being an extension tube?
